On July 15, 2025, Starlite concluded a disaster support agreement with Shiga Prefecture on the provision and transportation of emergency toilets in the event of a disaster.

Through this agreement, we will provide and transport emergency toilets upon request from Shiga Prefecture in times of disaster. Additionally, we will cooperate with the prefecture's disaster preparedness awareness-raising activities during non-emergency times.

Starlite considers ensuring toilet facilities during disasters to be an important social issue, and in addition to awareness-raising activities, we are also actively engaged in product development. We offer a variety of products to meet diverse needs, including the "Quickhouse (barrier-free type)", a portable wheelchair-accessible toilet house, and the "Portable Quick Toilet", which is environmentally friendly and made of biomass materials.

At the signing ceremony, we donated a Quickhouse, a utility hole-compatible flush toilet (made of fiber reinforced plastics), and 1,000 Portable Quick Toilets to Shiga Prefecture.

Starlite will continue to work closely with Shiga Prefecture to address toilet-related issues in times of disaster.
