Starlite has been nurturing "tsunagari" (connections) while keeping harmony with nature and society. Valuing "the involvement with nature and community" since its opening, Ritto Plant has begun activities for "corporate cafeteria Tsudoi" in 2022 as a new space to foster co-creation. The active efforts include local production for local consumption, an event to think about recycling, and a workshop to take a closer look at bugs with nearby elementary school children.

With this renovation work, they incorporated a lot of ideas to allow people to feel close to nature. In addition to bringing in lights from the roof windows and placing foliage plants, tables and sofas made of thinned wood and recycled plastic materials are placed, and a new food menu that uses local ingredients is offered, allowing visitors to experience the texture of natural origin, the warmth of repeated use, and the richness of the local community. What used to be a place only for lunch has evolved into a place where employees gather for meetings, business travelers and visitors stop by for coffee, and a wide variety of events are held. The space continues to grow to a place where new "tsunagari" are developed and innovations are created.
