Starlite has been selected as a company that implements outstanding health management in a strategic manner and received “2023 Health and Productivity Management Cooperation” certificate.
Since the issuance of the “Health Declaration” in April 2022, Starlite has been working to promote undergoing health checkups, improving the rate of specific health guidance and tackling mental health issues. In addition, while Covid-19 had an overwhelming influence on us, the top management issued a notice stating that health is a top priority and had taken various approaches such as supporting work from home, etc. in order to prevent the spread of infections.
Starlite will strive to create environments that every employee can work in good physical and mental health. We will continue to engage in initiatives in line with Starlite Values and the Health Management Policy.
