Notice and Info - 04/04/2026Starlite was certified as a 2026 KIH Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category).
Since establishing the Health Declaration in April 2022, we have been working to develop the necessary infrastructure, such as encouraging participation in health checkups, increasing the implementation rate of specific health guidance, and establishing mental health support initiatives. We are also establishing connections that promote physical and mental well-being. These include learning activities that take advantage of our location in a rich natural environment, interactions with families and the local communities, and opportunities for physical activity.
In recent years, we have further expanded these initiatives to provide comprehensive health support tailored to each employee's life, including improving health literacy for different life stages, promoting food education through partnerships with specialized external organizations, and offering locally grown produce.
Starlite remains committed to creating a workplace where every employee can work in good physical and mental health and will continue to implement initiatives in accordance with the Starlite Values and our health management policies.
