Since the establishment of the "Health Declaration" in April 2022, we have been working on encouraging employees to have health checkups and specific health guidance, and providing trainings on mental health. We also began supporting positive connections by providing opportunities to learn about the natural environment at our workplace, interacting with families and the local communities, and encouraging physical activity.
We are committed to our efforts to create a workplace where each and every employee can work in good physical and mental health, and will continue to follow the Starlite Values and health management policies.
