Notice and Info - 20/04/2020Our initiatives to prevent the spread of Coronavirus disease(COVID-19)
We have continued to provide products and services to our customers while giving the highest priority to ensuring the safety of all our stakeholders and their families, and preventing infections, in accordance with the infection prevention measures posted on February 29, 2020.
Following the expansion of the “Emergency Situation Declaration” nationwide by the Japanese government on April 16, 2020, we have decided to further strengthen the infection prevention measures so far and have been implementing the following measures.
1. About work style
・Implementing remote work or staggered hours and reducing of public transportation use or commuting by private car or bicycle.
2. Business trip / visit
・refraining from visiting customers and business partners (including overseas), unnecessary and non-urgent travel, and face-to-face meetings.
3. About infection prevention
・checking employees’ physical condition and give instructions before work.
・thoroughly carrying out wearing masks, alcohol disinfection, and workplace ventilation.
・having meetings in video conferences and conference calls.
・restricted accessing to production areas other than employees involved in manufacturing.
4. Requests to customers and business partners
・measuring body temperature, wearing a mask, and alcohol disinfecting your hands when visiting us.
・asking to reschedule for visiting us or refrain from visiting large groups
We will give the highest priority to ensuring the safety of all our stakeholders and their families, and prevent further infections. In addition, even if infection spreads further in the future, we have a system in place that allows stable operation to continue, and we will strive to ensure a stable supply of products with a complete system.
